She is survived by: her son Michael J. Germano; her close friend Barbara C. Mika (Brian M. Germano); her daughter Renee Sleboda of Scranton; her grandchildren, Michael IV, Nick, Virginia, Brian, Justan, Jordan, Roy, Mary and Danny; and her caregiver Tom Welhoelter. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
