He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McKenna and Margaret Ferguson McKenna; his siblings, Betty Trubia (Joseph), John McKenna (Pauline), Eileen McKenna, Frank McKenna Jr. and Lorraine Monahan (Frank); and his nephews, Joseph Trubia Jr. and Michael Monahan.
He is survived by: his son Rodney McKenna (Michelle); his grandsons, Joseph and Robert; his son Dr. Scot McKenna (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Michael, Hope and Rachel; his daughter Stacy McKenna-Brazil (Michael); his grandchildren, Kylie, Emily and Keenan; his daughter Alison Rothwell (Christopher); his grandchildren, Abigail Brown, Matthew, Ben and Rebecca; his daughter Cindy Holmes (Brian); and his grandchildren, Rosey, Brady and Layla. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home (318 E Drinker St, Dunmore, PA 18512). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Church (1510 Penn Ave, Scranton, PA 18509).
