She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Robert Clemens and Antoinette Clemens. She is survived by: her sisters, Lori Fitzgibbons (Barry), Paula Rishar (Robert), Carol Verna and Pamela Doyle; her fiancé Dale Ambosie; and her siblings' children, Jessica, Jason (Casey), Robert, Laura (Edson), Andrew and Matthew. She is also survived by Eight great nieces and nephews; The Dempseys, her second family.
