Ruth Lyle Balliet Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Lyle Balliet in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Pfeil (Cookie) and Lyle Pfeil; her husbands, Edward James and James Balliet; her son-in-law George Jones; and her granddaughter Melissa Renee James.

She is survived by: her children, Karen James Jones, Marty James (Cheryl) and Jimmy Balliet (Joanne); her grandsons, James Travis, Jason Travis (Linda) and Adam Jones (Connie); and her children, Kimberly James (Colby Williams), Katie Balliet, Michael Balliet and Kristy Balliet (Sean Pratt). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
