He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta C. McGinley; his parents, Samuel F. Quinn and Antoinette Evans Quinn (Evanovicz); his grandson Adam Reese; and his siblings, Bernard Quinn, Patricia Pichcoskie, Mary Jane Hoy and Barbara Anonia.
He is survived by: his children, Samuel K. Quinn and Kelly Ann Quinn of Dunmore; his granddaughter Morgan Elizabeth Quinn; and his siblings, Dennis Quinn (Christine) of Montoursville and Bernadette Dougherty (Richard) of Clarks Summit. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
