It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Williams (Dunmore, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Esther Ephault-Williams; and her sister Bette Bulzoni.
