He was predeceased by: his wife Joan L. McCarthy; and his siblings, Vincent, Austin Perry, Rose Fallon McCreary and Betty Cancelli.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Perry II (Mary), John Perry (Belinda), David Perry (Michele) and Mark Perry (Donna) of Westminster, MD; and his caregiver Carol Oprisko. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law.
