James (Dunmore, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Richard, John, Warren, Robert, Delbert, Lillian, Jane, Dorothy and Shirley.

He is survived by : his wife Eleanor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
