He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrence Kenney and Mildred Kenney (Kressler); his siblings, Joan McGrail, Carol Behonick and Terrence Kenney; and his grandson Stephen Kenney.
He is survived by: his sister Nancy Kenney; and his children, Bill Jr. (Staci), Mary (Eric), Colleen, Hillary (Gabe), Zach and Correy. He is also survived by grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
