Esther Crouse Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Crouse of Durham, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert S. Crouse; her parents, Herbert C. Melchor and Ruth E. Melchor (Trexler); and her brother Harry Renninger. She is survived by: her children, Nancy J. Moskella (Frank J.) of Easton, Donald R. Crouse (Mary E.) of Riegelsville, Diane S. Dewalt (Steven R.) of Easton and Bruce W. Crouse (Lisa G.) of Riegelsville; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Shawn, Matthew, Rachel, Laura, Kelvin, Nicole and Alex; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Mason, Makayla, Lucas, Mackenzie, Giovanni, Liam, Addison, Holden, Vayda, Luciano, Olivia, Peyton, Barrett and Laynee; and her siblings, Dorothy Fleming of Milford, NJ, Herbert Melchor of Gordonville and Marie Wisner of Kintnersville.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Durham (821 Durham Rd, Riegelsville, PA 18039). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Durham Cemetery. A reception will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Carriage House (326 Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055).
