He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Rafalko and Dorothy Rafalko (Ruselevitch); his in-laws, Edward and Frances Milewski; his siblings, Richard, Robert and Roxanne Poplawski; his brother-in-law Bill Copeland; his nephew Kevin Milewski; and his great-nephew Logan Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Christine (Milewski); his children, Jennifer, Adam, Elizabeth, Kathleen (Rick Becker) and Karen; his sisters, Pamela Rafalko, Debra Kane (Paul), Gail Musewicz (John) and Patricia Copeland; and his sister-in-law Debbie Rafalko.
