She was predeceased by: her parents, Americo Fortini and Martha Fortini (Jaskulski); her husband William Dale Sr.; her siblings, Americo Jr., Eugene Fortini and Anna Misorek; and her grandson Matthew Klimasiewfski.
She is survived by: her children, William Dale Jr. of Avoca, Debbie Collins (Roy) of Pittston, Michael Dale (Angela) of Avoca and Diane Klimasiewfski (Norman) of Harding; and her brother Leonard Fortini of Wilkes-Barre. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
