He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dziak and Margaret Polacky Dziak; and his siblings, Joseph Dziak, Theresa Nawrocki and Mary Ann Dziak Zapko.
He is survived by: his sister Margaret Sharisky; and his significant other Ricardo Olmedo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baloga Funeral Home, Inc. (1201 Main St, Pittston, PA 18640). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:15 AM and at 11:00 AM.
