He is survived by: his wife Elaine Mikovitch Gamble; his daughters, Amy Lombardo (Len) and Julie Gamble (Jimi); his stepson Scott Wychoskie (Lori); his grandchildren, Sarah, Nicholas Blackburn, Katie Lombardo and Hailey Wychoskie; and his great grandchild Miles Blackburn.
