He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clifford and Marie Cannon Clifford; his sisters, Ellen Pascavage (Bob) of Shavertown, PA and Katie Clifford of Avoca, PA; and his nephews, Ryan Widdick and Mikey Clifford of Avoca, PA..
He is survived by: his siblings, Francis, Michael, Rosemary Beach (Gary) of Edgewater, MD and Patrice McGlynn of Avoca. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
