He is survived by: his children, Thomas Kokinda (Judy) of Boston, MA, Rosemary Kokinda Gonzalez (Juan) of Henderson and Beverly Kokinda Avvisato of Florida; his stepson Robert Andrews (Karen) of Tunkhannock; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Schnaars (Jon), Kayleigh Avvisato, Caitlin Andrews and Peter Kokinda; and his great grandchild Axel.
