Kisner of Dushore, Pennsylvania, born in Towanda, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael Smith and Mary Smith (Covan); her husband George D. Kinser; and her siblings, Steve, Ann and Michael.

She is survived by : her son David Kisner (Patty) of Mildred; her granddaughter Danielle Kisner of New Albany; and her sister Rose Piasecki (Stanley) of Carlisle.
