He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Kinner Jr. and Lila Irene "Sue" Johnson Kinner; his son Chad Kinner; his grandchildren, Aspen Marie Kinner and Tristen Kaleb; his siblings, Francis Kinner and Cheryl "Sherry" Adams; and his stepdaughter Amanda L. Connell.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd M. Kinner of Kingston, PA, Bryan D. (Nicole Kinner) and Dennis W. Hoffman of Canton, PA.; his close friend Deborah Connell; his stepdaughter Ashley Connell of Rutledge, AL.; his son-in-law Todd Young of Dushore, PA.; his grandchildren, Shane Kinner, Brady Kinner, Dashel Pike, Olive Kinner, Kirsten Hoffman, Gavin Hoffman, Dylan Hoffman, Braxton Hoffman, Leila Young, Troy Young and Jayden Finan; his great grandchild Zaylee White; and his siblings, Randy (Florence Kinner), Timothy (Sharon Kinner), Linda Porter, Darlene (Edward Newton) and Vicki (Monte Kellogg). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
