She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Morgan and Joyce Morgan (Leighton); her siblings, Gary Morgan, Dawn Perry and Lee Morgan; her grandson Ky'mani (Moore); her brother-in-law Carl O'Conners (Jim Perry); and her grandparents, William, Belle Morgan, Leon and Olivia Leighton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Chase (Nolan) of Forksville, Kirsten Leann Minnick (Navarra) of Milton and Karissa Minnick (Crystal) of Millville; her granddaughters, Nora Ann Chase and Lyla Joy Chase; her daughter Maple; her siblings, Karen O'Conners of Shunk, David Morgan (Penny) of Canton, Vern Morgan (Teresa) of Shunk, Cindy Gustin (Grant) of Gillett, Jolene Morgan of Canton and Dewey Morgan (Kathy) of Sonestown; and her son Adam Bellows of Leroy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
