She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stanton and Nadia Wermick Young; her husband John Loper; her sister Patricia Young Pooters; and her brother-in-law George Capon Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Betty Capon of Greenport, NY and Polly Cummings. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
