He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Peter McDonald; and his grandparents, Leon, Frances Hottenstein Fetherbay, Arthur and Veronica North McDonald.
He is survived by: his mother Jane Fetherbay McDonald; his wife Amy McDonald; his in-laws, Andrew Bisher (Maryellen), Diane Goldstein (Philip) and Jennifer Jensen (Steen); and his aunt Mary Denise Yonkin of Dushore, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
