She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wagner and Naomi Wagner (Dilcherd); and her in-laws, Donald and Vera Herring. She is survived by: her husband Donald C. Herring Jr.; her daughters, Juli Miller (Christian), Melissa Bower (Robert) and Jill Flatley (Alex Maiter); her grandchildren, Natalie, Brandon Miller, Rachel and Ryan Bower; and her brother Bryan Wagner (Winifred).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church (404 Broadway, Bangor, PA 18013). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
