Herring Jr.; her daughters, Juli Miller (Christian), Melissa Bower (Robert) and Jill Flatley (Alex Maiter); her grandchildren, Natalie, Brandon Miller, Rachel and Ryan Bower; and her brother Bryan Wagner (Winifred).
