He was predeceased by : his parents, Anna Bartholomei (Branca) and Guido Bartholomei; and his brothers, Joseph (Dolly) and Anthony Bartholomew (Katherine). He is survived by : his wife Anna (Gatti); his daughters, Adriane Johnson (Frank), Anna Marie Arra (Mitchell) and Marissa Czop (John); his grandchildren, Olivia Frangiosa (Matthew), Gina Mead (Kyle), Anthony Arra, Carla Sohl (Kenneth), Eric Johnson (Ryan), Nicklaus Arra, Julianna Czop and Talia Czop; and also, Rocco, Annabella, Alexander and Enzo.

In lieu of flowers, mass cards may be given or donations made to Habitat for Humanity ReStore West Norriton in Guido's name.
