Kathleen left this world on April 17, 2024 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Smyth and Rita Smyth; her siblings, Stephen Smyth and Karen Smyth; and her nephew Michael Brown.

She is survived by : her husband L. Alan Reilley III; her sons, L. Alan IV (Jenny Roberts-Reilley), Graham Patrick and Keith Joseph (Audra Harvey); her siblings, Susan Smyth (Dan McDade), Thomas Smyth (Kathleen Burg Smyth), Veronica Snyder (James), Paul Smyth (Patti) and Sheila Quinn (Steven); and her sister-in-law Nancy Smyth.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at the BVM Church (196 N Trooper Rd, Eagleville, PA 19403). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
