He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Bugger and Elizabeth Bugger Sr. (Parker). He is survived by: his siblings, Patsy Kober (John), Janice Miller, Charles W. Brugger Jr. (Romana) and Annette Brugger (Heather); and his siblings' children, Melina, Alex and Mat.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Volpe Funeral Home and Cremation Services (707 W Germantown Pike, Eagleville, PA 19403). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
