He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garvey and Josephine Garvey (Graham); and his sisters, Jacqueline Righter and Joanne Garvey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Garvey (Kretsch); his sons, William Jr., Anthony and Darin Garvey (Michelle); his siblings, Geraldine Lange, Jay and Dennis Garvey; and his grandchildren, Tony Jr., Benny, Olivia, Harper and Darin Jr..
