She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Louise Heflin, and Claude F. Heflin, Sr.; and her siblings, Brenda L. Heflin, Cindy L. Diggs and Claude F. Heflin, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Wayne E. Dutterer, Jr.; her son Brandin Schrum; her grandsons, Brian Schrum and Elliott Schrum; and her sister Sylvia Sandlin. She is also survived by five nephews and three nieces.
