Vicky L. Witmer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicky L. Witmer (East Berlin, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Vicky may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vicky touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin F. Baughman and Verna L. Baughman (Jury). She is survived by: her husband Randy S. Witmer; her children, Jeff L. Hawley (Patsy) of Dillsburg, Tami L. Conner (Gage) of Dover and Melody S. Witmer of East Berlin; and her sister Sandra L. Baughman of East Berlin. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
