We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2020, at the age of 74, Jacquelyn Kubla (East Brady, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by her parents, Robert Welch and Sylvia L. Welch (Grinder) and her son, John R. Kubla. She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Kubla of Natrona and Jennifer Moses (David) of Suffolk, VA.; her grandson Kellen Yunt of Natrona; and her granddaughter Isabella Moses of Suffolk.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jackie's name to East Brady Ambulance PO Box 325, East Brady, PA 16028.
