He was predeceased by : his parents, Jay L. Schreckengost, Sr and Margaret Schreckengost, Sr. (Myers); his sons, Jay Michael Schreckengost of Kittanning and Wayne Richard; and his siblings, Joyce Stafford, Gloria Bowser, Jack Schreckengost, Betty Shankle and Martha.
He is survived by : his wife Judith A Schreckengost (Forringer) of East Brady; his children, Jeanne Schreckengost of Kittanning, Bill Schreckengost of Kittanning, William Richard (Barb) of Vandergrift and Barb Corbin (Ed) of Chippewa Twp; and his sisters, Sandy Arblaster of Kittanning and Jill Klingensmith of Erie.
