He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis A. "Hank" Hile and Phyllis J. Hile (Lucas); his former wife Sherri Hile (Barger); his son Samuel Hile; and his siblings, Christopher, Tom Hile and Sandy Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Belinda Hile (Johns) of Cowansville; his children, Wendy Hile (Brian Scott Jr.) of Petrolia and Patrick Hile (Heidi Hile) of Queenstown; his grandson Korrin Johns; his sisters, Barbara Coddington (Donald) of Gettysburg and Elizabeth "Bunny" Heginbottom; his stepdaughters, Adriene Daniels (Johns), Elizabeth Johns and Amy (Johns); his grandchildren, Timika Hile, Briana Scott, Brayden Hile, Hollen Hile and Damien Hile; his stepgrandchildren, Emily Johns, Elliot Daniels, Karlyn Kostella and Dayson Kostella; and his great grandchild Kamdyn Rocco.
