He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaetano Mauro and Luisa Mauro (Porzio); his wife Virginia Mae Barr; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Melissa; and his siblings, Rosa, Elsie and John.
He is survived by: his children, Guy (Rose), David, Joseph of East Freedom and Dawn McDannell (Monty) of Claysburg.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home (810 Bedford St, Claysburg, PA 16625). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (308 Old Rte 22, Duncansville, PA 16635).
