He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Flanagan and Laura Flanagan (Ritchey). He is survived by: his sons, Patrick, Shawn and Chance; and his siblings, Gerald, Raymond and Paula Malia. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc. (118 Rosehill Cemetery Dr, Altoona, PA 16602).
