He was predeceased by: his parents, Goldie I. Gettys and David H. Whitecomb. He is survived by: his son James (Judith Whitecomb) of York, PA; his grandchildren, Nathan (Ashley Whitecomb) of Magnolia, DE, Rachel (Yulanda Gilmore) of Dover, DE, Wesley (Meghan Rice) of Princess Anne, MD, Kendyl Rice and Brian King of Dover, PA; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Rice, Willow King, Adeline Rice and Cameron King.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calvary Bible Church (125 Calvary Church Rd, Wrightsville, PA 17368). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Riverview Cemetery (29 N Main St, Wrightsville, PA 17317).
