With profound sadness, we say goodbye to June Lane Sargeant of East Smithfield, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. June left this world on May 24, 2026 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Adelbert Smith (Del) and Mary Etta Smith (Hicks); her former husband Donald Lane; and her brother Lester Sydney Smith. She is survived by: her husband Paul Sargeant; her children, Valorie Mulcahy of Towanda, Martin Lane (Diane) of Sayre, Audrey Hamlin (Steven) of Apalachin, NY and Daniel Lane (Margret) of Milan; her grandchildren, Sean, Ryan, Megan, Hilary, Emily, Taylor, Jordan, Austin, Ethan and Aaron; her stepdaughters, Caroline, Heather and Brenda; her brother Roy (Barb Smith); and her cousin Mary Anne. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
