He was predeceased by: his brother William Rouse; and his aunt Katherine Rouse. He is survived by: his siblings, Elsie McCray, Kathleen Rouse, Sarah Criswell (Carl) and James Rouse; and his nephew Jason Rouse. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
