She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fails and Alice Fails (Shaffer); her husband Andy Mailliard; her son George William Whalen, Jr.; her grandchildren, Baby Crowl and Charity Evonne Frame; and her great grandchild Montana Nicole Enssle.

She is survived by: her children, Kim Denise Sinclair of Albion, Penny Lynn McBride (Harley) of Girard, Candy Michelle Shope of Erie and David James Shope of Girard; her grandchildren, Denise Ann Crowl of Albion, Michael Paul Enssle of Conneaut, OH, Kayla Marie Enssle of Girard, Sydney James Godsave, Camryn Kaye Kingen and Charles Lee Shope; and her great grandchildren, Madison Kate Enssle and Caden Michael Ennsle.
