He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanore Serwin. He is survived by: his father Andrew Serwin; his wife Kathleen; his children, Andrew Serwin and Nicole Craven; his grandchildren, Ryan Craven, Phoebe Craven and Violet Serwin; his sisters, Deborah Silva and Elaine Lake; his caregiver Sam King of East Stroudsburg, PA; and also, Robert, Charlotte, Bobby and Charlie. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the William H. Clark Funeral Home (1003 Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A repast will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Sarah Street Grille.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to one of the following causes Andy supported: Vietnam Veterans of America Wounded Warrior Project St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
