It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cicley Richardson of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Ronnie Early and Carlon Early (Lacy); her husband Rodney A. Richardson; her sons, Wyziere Gillison, Devyn Richardson and Dylan Richardson; her grandson Elias Richardson; her sister Ingrid Lacy; and her nieces, Ifeanyi Lacy, Keyana Lacy and Zyahana Lacy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. (23 N 9th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc. (23 N 9th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360).
