He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Sebring and Mildred Sebring (Bush). He is survived by: his children, Dr. Ryan Sebring of State College and Kristen Sebring; his granddaughter Avery Sebring Landro of Stroudsburg Pa; and his sister Linda Spalluto (Daniel Spalluto).
