He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Patrick (Balliet) and Dr. Nicholas E. Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Jakob McKenzie (Sophia), Rylie and Nicholas (Anna); his grandchildren, Nicky (Alyssa), Ruth Ann, Jayden, Jordan and Ambree; his child Ryan (Lauren); his grandchildren, Austin and Aubrey; his siblings, Kathy Cook (Carmen), Terry Godinez (Tony) and Nicholas Patrick; his sister-in-law Colleen; and his nieces and nephews, Casey and Volkswagen Rabbit.

In lieu of flowers, Mike would like you to make a donation to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
