He was predeceased by: his parents, James Barr and Bernetta Barr (Fish); his sister Genevieve Chamberlain; and his nephew James Chamberllain. He is survived by: his wife Audrey A. Barr (Miller); his children, Thomas J. Barr Jr. (Starlene), Toni Jo Heller (Wayne) and Lori Parr (William); his grandchildren, Rachel Heller (Jeremy Hartenfels), Ryker Barr (Sadie), Riston Barr, William Parr Jr. (Ashley) and Stephanie McCorry (William); and his great grandchildren, Kaiden Siegfried, Maisy Parr, Hattie Parr and Colton Heller.
