He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace J. Kagan and Anne Kagan (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Janet Kagan (Bussler); his sons, Sean Conroy (Lori) and Kevin Conroy (Melissa); his siblings, Richard Kagan (Mike) and Maryanne Kagan; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicole, Daniel, Patrick, Alexander, Rebecca, Benjamin, Maire, Kathleen, Thomas, John and Sarah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306, in memory of Chip.
