He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Oliver and Lula Jackson Oliver; his wife Cathy Metzler Oliver; and his brothers, James and William Oliver.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Wiles (Robert Sturges) of Apollo and Amy Shimkus (Phil) of Manhattan, KS.. He is also survived by Six grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
