He is survived by: his wife Ann Bellafatto (Dzuba); his children, Ralph Bellafatto (Lois Hefferle) of Easton and Barbara Bellafatto (Thomas Pugliese); his grandchildren, Abigail Bellafatto (Matthew Timlin) of Easton, Alec Bellafatto of Philadelphia, Amanda Bellafatto of Colorado, Alexis Pugliese of California and Thomas Pugliese of Berkeley Heights; his great grandchild Finn Timlin; his brother-in-law Charles Dzuba; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
