He was predeceased by: his parents, James N. Rafferty and Elizabeth T. Rafferty (Sheetz); his wife Emma Rafferty (Schwartz); his son Bernard Rafferty, Sr.; and his brothers, James C. Rafferty, Francis W. Rafferty and Girard S. Rafferty.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Williams and Rosemary Rafferty; his grandchild Willie Williams (Joanna); and his daughters, Jermaine Williams (Maggie), Andrea Carney (Sean) and Sara Rafferty. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM.
Memorial contributions in Bernard's name may be made to St. Jane Frances de Chantal Roman Catholic Church.
