He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Bubbenmoyer and Marcia K. Kutz (Millard). He is survived by: his sons, Charles Timothy Millard and Dominic James Millard; and his siblings, Robert Bubbenmoyer (Lisa) of Allentown, Steven Q. Bubbenmoyer (Shannon) of Coopersburg, Rebecca Delaney (Joseph) of Walnutport, Debra Bednercik (John) of Allentown, Michael C. Potter (Josephine) of Macungie and Sean Kutz of Palmerton.
