He is survived by: his wife Sandy (Sigman); his children, Patrick S. O'Connell (Claudia) of Palmer Township and Jennifer O. Goffredo (Daniel) of Boyertown; his grandchildren, Avery, Daniel Goffredo, Daniela, Emma and Gabriela Mutis; and his brother Thomas O'Connell (Elizabeth) of Arvada, CO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
