He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenox David and Marion Horn (Whitford); his wife Diane M. Horn (Hiler); his daughter-in-law Barbara Horn; and his brother Robert Horn.
He is survived by: his sons, David L. Horn, Jr. of Wilson Borough and Barry Horn (Lori) of Nazareth; his granddaughter Jessica Horn (Logan Koch); his nephew Robert Horn, Jr.; and his pet Chico.
