She was predeceased by: her parents, George T. Howells and Maureen Smith Howells; her former husband Brian Young; her brothers, Thomas and George III; and her aunt Diane Sortino.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Magilton; her children, Krista Klass (Mike) and Christopher Young (Corey); her grandchildren, Kyler, Alyse Rose, Lilly and Audrey; her sister Linda Jane Matousch (Tom); her stepsister Jennifer Smoke; her stepmother Linda Howells; and her uncle Rich Howells (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In honor of Dawn's deep love for animals, donations may be made in her memory to All4Paws Animal Shelter in Pawleys Island.
